It depends on the product. For common products we usually have a shortlist within a few days; technical or custom products take longer because they require more questions to factories.
Do you only work with factories?
We prioritize direct manufacturers. If a wholesaler or local trading company makes more sense for your quantity, we tell you and explain why.
Do I have to buy through you afterwards?
It's not required, but most clients also leave inspection, payment and shipping to us so one team is accountable for everything.
