Suppliers and purchasing

Supplier verification before you pay

Before you send a deposit we confirm the supplier exists, is who they say they are and that the bank account belongs to the company. It's the cheapest step to avoid the most expensive problem.

Do you guarantee the supplier won't fail?

There's no absolute guarantee, but verification greatly reduces the risk of fraud and of working with middlemen who don't control production.

Do you need to visit the factory?

Not always. The document review and the call resolve most cases; for large orders we recommend an on-site audit.

What if the supplier asks me to pay a personal account?

Stop and let us know. It's one of the most common red flags; we check the account before any payment.
